Dedicated to EUCPM improvement, the tool allows to identify the weaknesses and lack, then to adapt procedures and training. It constitutes the “check” item of Deming’s improvement wheel.

Responders and policy makers.

Matrix organising human assessment by checking and rating several (7) key-component supporting the interoperability.
