Join us for two days of intense exchange on wildfire risk management on 20 and 21 May 2025 in Brussels! The registrations are open here until 15 April 2025, with limited spots available.

The WFRM clustering event will provide the stage to present a proposal for an integrated wildfire risk management strategy for Europe, developed by the FirEUrisk, FIRE-RES, SILVANUS, and TREEADS projects. It will showcase the latest scientific advancements and technologies in wildfire risk management, focusing on tools for preparedness, detection, response, and prevention.

The event will also highlight how the strategy adapts to different wildfire contexts across Europe, integrating priorities such as forestry, land management, and climate policy. Policymakers, experts, and stakeholders will have the opportunity to explore hands-on solutions and provide feedback on the strategy.

The event will conclude with a session reflecting on past achievements and setting future priorities for research and innovation in wildfire risk management.
