FIRE-RES “Adaptive Territorial Management” Workshop

The Adaptive Territorial Management Workshop is a two-day hybrid event focused on enhancing fire resilience across European landscapes through innovative technologies and integrated territorial solutions.
Hosted by the University of the Aegean and the National Observatory of Athens, in collaboration with the European Commission, University of Lisbon, Forest Science and Technology Centre of Catalonia, and the Agricultural University of Athens, this workshop brings together researchers, practitioners, and policymakers engaged in the development of adaptive strategies for managing fire-prone environments. This event aims to:
- Disseminate the knowledge generated throughout the project,
- Share findings from the project’s efforts dedicated to Adaptive and territorial management,
- Plan the next steps—particularly synthesizing project results into actionable guidelines and recommendations for the FIRE-RES collaborative wiki milestone MS2.2.
